Noel Gertz

Director

Noel has been a leading figure in the resources and infrastructure industries for over 30 years and has been recognised by the Queensland Resources Council for his work in Indigenous advocacy. He is incredibly passionate about Indigenous employment, including lifting the representation of women in the resource sector. He believes opening pathways to employment is important in securing role models for present and future generations in Indigenous communities.

Robert Kerridge

Director

Robert is deeply committed to delivering training and employment opportunities for the Indigenous and rural communities. He has spent decades working in senior management roles on some of Queensland’s largest infrastructure and resources projects. Robert is driven by his belief that if you provide quality training underpinned with transferable knowledge and skills then Indigenous workers will grow to become managers and leaders within their communities.
